Even though Heat is Britains top selling mag and i have been buying it since the days when it did its woefully misguided Thurs-Weds tv listing (whatever!), it is rapidly losing favour with me thanks to its constant covers detailing celebrity weight gains and losses, which I have zero interest in... So the British Entertainment Weekly crown has been falling to gay mag Attitude lately which i still adore, but there seems to be a new saviour in sight :) The Works is a monthly mag devoted to tv, books, theatre, music, games and movies. Fourth issue is out this week. I'm hooked already. The Heatwave is over - bring on the feisty ATTITUDE of THE WORKS!!
