the road to V

Good lord - i am not happy. Dazpanteloons sent me this weather thingymabob at work today and it looks like it is going to piss down all weekend, which means I am in for a very soggy V festival. :( Then i got this email from The Feeling:

"We thought those of you who've got a ticket to this weekend's V Festival might like to know that The Feeling are playing on the channel 4 stage (the second biggest one) at 3pm. For those of you without tickets, you might like to know that a) the festival will be covered extensively on channel 4 and E4 and b) apparently its going to tip it down anyway."

More doom laded weather warnings :( And The Feeling on so early? Initially I was disappointed by this, but actually they are on the same stage at the same time The Magic Numbers were on last year and that proved to be one of my highlights of the festival so its all good. Don't forget to check the lads website for news of their US tour...

Anyway, I will be back on Monday with a full report from the festival known as V. Be good til then :)

The Killers confirm live return

It's tough being posh - keane cancel concert dates due to exhaustion - luckily the slot at V is going ahead :)

Who is number one in Nick's millenium countdown??

Bitches better get it together (Keane) by October, 'cause I've got tickets to see them at The Greek here in L.A.

Very jazzed about Killers dates being announced tomorrow! I've only seen them four times now, which isn't nearly enough...

okay, don't be unhappy until the poo is actually floating toward you. It may not turn out so bad and you don't want to ruin it with worry. Make a decision not to go with the flow. Literally! heh heh!

Meanwhile, The Feeling is opening for the Fray (meh) and not playing their own show like they SHOULD at 9:30 club. Yes, they will each more people, but Keane played 9:30 the night they were on Letterman, so The Feeling need to not leap too far too fast. I will not pay for the Fray though, so no DGS and Co for me.
