    Am I the only one for whom the SSers first album just had no effect on whatsoever? I saw them live twice, and still had no thoughts either way about the whole thing.

    Awww I love them, though they are like 3 bands in one. I just thought the first album was really funny.

    my word - i loved the scissor sisters more than keane and i thought the 2 times i saw them live were absolutely amazing! But england loves them so maybe they got a better reception here... funnily enough i heard a few keane tracks AFTER i had posted this and its still a bit disappointing but not as bad as i feared :) and hey if they had come back with hopes and fears 2 everyone would have just said "oh they haven't changed a bit" (well their clothes haven't) so really they can't win!
