Considering this blog is called Zapping it to ya... i haven't posted much about the musical marvel that is Deborah Gibson... but i am thrilled to report that Lady Gibson will be playing Maggie Hartford in the world premiere of new musical Saint Heaven. It will run from June 1st - 11th in Stamford, CT and you can hear clips from the show at its website. She just got done playing Sally Bowles in Cabaret in North Carolina (a role she had on Broadway) and I really admire her for putting out the music she loves doing while taking on theatre roles she believes in. Her track Until You're All Mine which came out about a year ago is the most beautiful ballad i have ever heard... god, i'm such a geeky fanboy. Darren just tolerates my obsession but at least he now knows all the dance moves to Electric Youth...
