i am putting it down to the holiday period. Either that or you have all gone off me ;) Here are some hot links for y'all...

HOT LINKS:

Pardon the rubbish pun, but does the world and his dog now love Jamelia? I think i may have loved her all along and just not realised it. What with Jessica doing the pure pop thing, and kelly and aly&aj holding the guitar/power pop frontier, its surprisingly little Jamrag (ew) producing possibly the best electro-pop song since Rachel's ode to bum love I Said Never Again... luckily for you people, the lovely Hotstuff Files have a much better write up of the song and you can get it from little Henry's mp3-tastic site :) Hows that for service?

Britain is currently undergoing it's annual search for the new Shayne Ward or Michelle McManus... equally as entertaining as the X-Factor is The Bitch Factor blog site which caused me much pain last year when they stopped their witty commentary when Maria was booted off. So catch them while you can, you won't regret it :)

The charming man known as XO kindly informs me that not only can i hear the new Bluetones single, but also that Nerina is covering Confide In Me on her new single... don't panic! Help is on its way XO...

Two posts about the magnificent Click Five over at poppostergirl? Spunky :) (my thoughts here)

Finally our lovely new corner black leather sofa arrives tomorrow. You can buy The Zapping sofa here... we wiped off all the stains, honest!

Join me tomorrow for what would have been someone's 60th birthday and an interesting new artist...

Paul! I'm also back from Spain. Its such a British thing to say but the weather back here is awful. Plus, I had to wait 2 hours for my luggage to arrive at Heathrow. Shameful service! Typically British.

Anyways thanks on the info regarding the CIM cover. I hope its better than the Ben Lee one a few years back. Also a b-side but realy bad.

You might like Mika! A brilliant new male singer in the vein of Queen, ABBA, Fleetwood Mac and the Scissor Sisters. Theres links to his music on DontStopthePop and GayPop.

Talking of which, here is new Scissor Sisters b-side Ambition from their new single out this week. You will have obviously bought the single so you'll have this already on the CD however this saves you from burning the track on ya computer:

thanks robpop! (did i tell you i thought your name was robopop! as in robocop!) And good call - it is Mika i am going to be posting about later - i am addicted to Billy Brown. i thought he would go well with the 60th birthday of the person i am posting about later. or something.

we had to wait ages for our luggage too!! DazPanic was not impressed. My bag was practically first off though so i was well smug. What horrific english that was.

Madonna is 84 - she just uses Joan Rivers plastic surgeon

Jamelia ripping off Depeche Mode's Personal Jesus should be a monstrosity but it works.

Madonna was born in 1143. FACT!

She shares her birthday with Emperor Nijō of Japan and a horse named Mogowat. In that year Portugal was FINALLY recognised a Kingdom! As you can see 1143 was a very important year.

My escort name is Robocop. FACT!
Check out my ad in the backpages of Boyz and you will recieve all the details. Or check out my website Bentcandybar.com

    Heathrow/baggage handlers suck. FACT!
Our bags had priority tags on them so they came out first but it took hours for the flight to get assigned a carousel. Heathrow terminal 2 is not the nicest of welcomes to Britain of Great.

The worst thing about returning back to England is the fact that my friends are still on their various holidays and feel it quite necessary to inform me of the white sands of "whatever" just as it rains here.

    Today however was quite nice.

    Pleasant in fact.

I was totally prepared to be contrarian and not like "Beware of the Dog" based on that 15 second ringtone sample...but, unfortunately, having heard the whole thing, I have to agree that it is brilliant. Is that really her nickname, or is that a Zapping original coinage?

Spunky? Describing my site? Lovin' it!

its a Zapping original coinage and if little Jamrag wants to use it she better pay top dollar cos her new cd is going to be a big earner. See excited post about it later today!!
